These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of coworking services provided by Work In Marbella
(WIM), operated by Mediteran Union Investment, S.L. (CIF: B93396885), with fiscal address at Avda. Matas
Verdes 2E, 29688 Estepona, Malaga, Spain.

By submitting this form and signing the accompanying service contract, you (“Client”) agree to the following:

1. Client Information & Data Protection

– The personal data provided in this form (including name, date of birth, address, contact details, and invoice information) is collected for the purpose of creating a service agreement and managing your use of the coworking space.

– In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), your data will be stored securely and processed only for legitimate business purposes related to your membership and services.

– You have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at:
info@workinmarbella.com.

– Your data will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required or necessary for the execution
of the services (e.g. accounting purposes).

2. Use of Facilities

– Clients must respect the coworking environment and other members. Use of flexible desks (hot desks), dedicated desks, and meeting rooms is subject to availability and the terms of your selected plan.

– No illegal, disruptive, or harmful activities are permitted within the space.
– Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. WIM does not accept liability for lost, stolen, or
damaged items.
– Access to the space is personal and non-transferable without prior written consent.

3. Payment & Invoicing

– All invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms in your contract.

– Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the space.

– Prices may be subject to change with prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

– Any cancellation or change in your plan must be made in writing and with appropriate notice as detailed in your contract.

– Meeting room bookings are subject to availability and cancellation policies as outlined at the time of booking.

5. Internet and IT Use

– The internet service provided is shared and intended for professional use only.

– Downloading illegal content or engaging in high-bandwidth activities that disrupt service for others is prohibited.

6. Video Surveillance

– For security purposes, the coworking space may be monitored by CCTV. This footage is handled in accordance with Spanish law and GDPR.

7. Force Majeure

– WIM is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not
limited to natural disasters, public service outages, or government restrictions.

8. Amendments

– These Terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.

9. Jurisdiction

– These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain.
